The "SNOW MIKU 2026" festival, starring the character who supports Hokkaido, "Snow Miku (Hatsune Miku)," is being held again this year! Various events will take place mainly in Sapporo and Otaru, including the "Snow Miku Snow Sculpture" at the Sapporo Snow Festival and the main event at Wing Bay Otaru.

In line with this year's "Snow Miku" costume theme, "Happy Patisserie," a collaboration project between Snow Miku and Hokkaido's sweet shops, the "Hokkaido Happy Sweets Map," will be held at various stores throughout Hokkaido from Friday, January 9, 2026. A total of 20 stores in Sapporo, Otaru, Hakodate, and Shibecha are participating! Be sure to check out the shops that catch your eye.

The "Hokkaido Happy Sweets Map" will be held from Friday, January 9, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026. During this period, if you spend 1,000 yen or more (including tax) at participating stores, you will receive a novelty coaster (7 types in total, given at random) featuring illustrations of Snow Miku and friends! Furthermore, the collaboration menus will come with a pick featuring illustrations of past "SNOW MIKU" festival costumes (differs by store / 15 types in total from 2010 to 2024).

1. UMEYA Sapporo Tokyu Store "UMEYA Snow Miku Roll"

A luxurious roll cake made with rich fresh cream from Hokkaido Jersey milk, wrapped in a moist vanilla sponge, and finished with a gorgeous blue glaçage.

2. Cafe Kahi Sakan Sapporo Tokyu Store "Dream-Filled Fluffy Snow Parfait"

A fluffy, sweet parfait that perfectly matches milky soft-serve ice cream with the refreshing taste of yogurt. With its gentle sweetness and light texture, it's perfect for a post-meal dessert.

3. Yuki-jirushi Parlor Sapporo Main Store "SNOW MIKU Happy Note Parfait"

This limited-edition parfait is made with light blue and pink pastel-colored ice cream, inspired by the Snow Miku 2026 costume, and is adorned with musical note motifs and snowflake cookies.

4. Sapporo Grand Hotel "Snow Miku Snow Dome"

A mousse that combines the elegant sweetness of white chocolate with the rich flavor of cream cheese. It is characterized by its delicately spreading taste.

5. Petit chèvre ~HOKKAIDO~ "Snow Miku Dessert Plate"

A plate inspired by winter in Sapporo. It depicts Snow Miku playing on the snow as it falls.

A dessert featuring a fine, melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake with strawberries in syrup, custard & fresh cream, and homemade strawberry jam. It's finished with a two-layer topping of strawberry cream and fresh cream.

A set featuring a fluffy and fizzy rare cheesecake made with a blend of Hokkaido mascarpone and Camembert, paired with a sweet blue drink. One bite might make you feel like you're strolling through Hokkaido's snowy landscapes...? It's a special treat set to make your day a little more special.

8. Night Parfait Specialty Store Parfaiteria miL "Shimaenaga ~Snow Miku Ver.~"

This parfait expresses Snow Miku's pale hair color with green apple guimauve and her lily-of-the-valley ornament with chocolate. A long-tailed tit (shimaenaga) made of milk gelato sits perched on a snowy field of crushed white génoise, spreading a gentle, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness. The refreshing taste of green apple overlaps with the winter air, allowing you to feel a fluffy cuteness in both its appearance and taste. Snow Miku's main color, blue, is extracted from butterfly pea, and combined with lemon sauce and popping candy to create a sparkling, cider-like flavor. Inside, you'll find strawberry ganache, compote, and feuillantine, making it a bright and cheerful Parfait-le. How about enjoying winter "happiness" with Snow Miku?

11. Parfait Specialty Store Shiawase no Recipe ~Sweet~ Plus "Snow Miku 2026 Collab Parfait"

In line with this year's Snow Miku theme, "Happy Patisserie," this parfait offers a diverse range of flavors to enjoy all at once: the sweet and sour taste of strawberry shortcake, the deep flavor of Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc, and the mellowness of cheesecake, all beautifully decorated with snowflake sugar confections.

12. Enikaita Mochi "2026 Snow Miku Limited Daifuku 4-Piece Set"

This special 4-piece collaboration set includes a daifuku inspired by Snow Miku with a vibrant blue color on white gyuhi (mochi), and a sweet daifuku inspired by Hatsune Miku with the green color of matcha.

13. Tsuboya Ario Sapporo Store "Nama Chukamanju ☆ Snow Miku Version"

A collaboration product between the popular Chukamanju from the Ario store and Snow Miku. It's topped with fluffy fresh cream inspired by Snow Miku. Inside, it's filled with custard and smooth red bean paste, making it very satisfying.
