An Irresistibly Gentle Sweetness! The "Snow Miku Snow Dome" Collaboration Sweet

Snow Miku Snow Dome

The limited-time collaboration sweet with Snow Miku, "Snow Miku Snow Dome," is 1,800 yen. Takeout is 700 yen.

The restaurant offers a variety of sweets, but the one to watch this winter is the "Snow Miku Snow Dome," a collaboration between "Snow Miku," a character that supports Hokkaido, and the culinary artistry of the Grand Hotel. It's a dish that combines a white chocolate and French cream cheese mousse with a Galette Bretonne, a traditional thick butter cookie from the Brittany region of France.

The crispy and crumbly texture of the Galette Bretonne and the smooth feel of the mousse are a perfect match, filling your mouth with a gentle sweetness.

"We carefully considered not only the taste but also the balance of texture and appearance," says Chef Takada, who created the recipe.

The collaboration sweet comes with a coaster (7 designs in total, distributed randomly *with a purchase of 1,000 yen or more) and a pick featuring an illustration of Snow Miku (2024 costume design). Takeout is also available. Be sure to enjoy this delicious collaboration created by a historic hotel.
