Snow Miku will speak the lines you came up with! The "Snow Miku Time Signal," which is broadcast on the outdoor digital sign at "COCONO SUSUKINO" in Susukino, Sapporo, held a contest for new lines. We received over 500 entries from people of all ages, both from within and outside of Hokkaido. After a careful selection process, the winning entries have now been decided! Here are the new lines that will be heard throughout the city of Sapporo.

"Snow Miku" is a character who supports Hokkaido and also serves as a Sapporo Tourism Ambassador. Since the opening of "COCONO SUSUKINO," a landmark in Susukino, Sapporo, in November 2023, the "Snow Miku Time Signal" video content has been broadcast daily on its outdoor digital sign to announce the time.

To coincide with the renewal of the "Snow Miku Time Signal," we held a contest for new lines. The event drew a great deal of attention, with over 500 entries from people of all ages, both from within and outside of Hokkaido. After a selection process, the winning entries have finally been decided!

8:00 AM: Boukyaku-san

5:00 PM: Amashi-san

Did you know the traffic lights are vertical to prevent snow from piling up on them? Their smart, upright look is kind of cool, isn't it?

7:00 PM: Blue Snow-san
