Summer in Sapporo, Hokkaido, is a time for beer gardens with 13,000 seats in Odori Park, where everyone can toast together under the blue sky! The Sapporo Odori Beer Garden has been held as part of the "Sapporo Summer Festival," but due to the effects of the new coronavirus, it was scaled down in 2020 and cancelled in 2021.

Against this backdrop, a new "Sapporo Online Summer Festival" will be held from 2020, and this year, 2021, the festival will be held from August 14 (Sat.) to 29 (Sun.). The opening program will be distributed on YouTube from 5:00 p.m. on the first day, August 14.
