The music will be "Kodomo Bon Odori Uta", a local dance song known as "Shanko Shanko", which is familiar to everyone in Hokkaido. This is a special version created by Crypton Future Media for "Doko Bon" that uses the singing voice synthesizing software "Hatsune Miku".
The song is accompanied by a video of "Rabbit Yukine" and "Snow Miku" dancing to the music, so even those who don't know the choreography can easily join in!
This project also serves as a demonstration experiment for a large-scale music synchronization control technology called "Songle Sync" developed by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), which enables all participants to share the same timing of music and video, no matter when, where, or at what timing they participate. Songle Sync technology enables all participants to share the same music and video at the same time and enjoy the same Bon Odori dance, regardless of when, where, and at what timing they participate.
Songle Sync is a large-scale music-linked control platform that enables a sense of unity by simultaneously controlling a wide variety of devices in accordance with the playback of music on the web. Songle Sync has been developed by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and is available to the public.
