On July 28, 2022, the town held a public meeting to explain the outline of the preliminary design for the redevelopment of the area around the station, and in fiscal 2023, the town has been proceeding with the implementation design (detailed design) of the station complex based on that preliminary design.

During this time, after exchanging opinions with various local organizations, holding workshops, and holding discussions at the Station Area Redevelopment Promotion Organization Review Meeting, we have decided on the exterior and interior of the complex as well as the content of each space. In order to inform local residents of the outline of the plan, we will be holding the following explanatory meeting.
