大人も子どもも気軽に楽しめる、クラシック音楽の祭典
若手音楽家を育成するとともに、音楽教育を通じて音楽文化の普及・発展をめざす国際教育音楽祭。ピクニックコンサートでは野外でクラシックを楽しめます。
札幌市内を中心に公演が行われ、会場は札幌コンサートホールKitaraのほか、札幌芸術の森野外ステージといった屋外でも演奏を聴くことができ、気軽にクラシック音楽を楽しめる無料公演も多く企画されています。
