We will invite a lecturer from Panasonic Corporation to teach children how to make eco-friendly lanterns using recycled paper and other materials, and to learn about the environment. Parents and guardians are welcome to join us.

Target: Children in 4th grade or above in elementary school in Ashibetsu City and their guardians
(In principle, the program is aimed at children in the 4th grade or above, but younger children can participate if they are siblings. Junior high school students can also participate.)
