Three events, "Kitami Chrysanthemum Festival", "Okhotsk Kitami Halloween Festival", and "Kitami Oktoberfest" will be integrated into a new festival.

Along with a variety of local gourmet foods made from Kitami and Okhotsk ingredients, there will be food and beverage booths where visitors can enjoy a wide range of cocktails and about 40 kinds of local beers from around the world and throughout Japan, including Okhotsk beer, as well as stage events, chrysanthemum and pumpkin displays and lighting displays.
