Many people visit Cape Nosappu on New Year's Day every year to watch the first sunrise at the easternmost point of the mainland. As a welcoming event, our association distributes commemorative votive plaques and performs the local performing art "Nemuro Taiko."

■5:30-7:30 Distribution of commemorative votive plaques
They will be distributed at the Nemuro City Northern Territories Museum (Location: 33 Nosappu, Nemuro City).
*The number of commemorative ema is limited and will end once they are gone.
■6:20～ Local performing art "Nemuro Taiko" performance (outdoors in front of Kitakatakan)
