"Shibare Festival" is the coldest festival in Japan, which has been held in Rikubetsu-cho, the coldest town in Japan, since 1982.

The "Human Cold Resistance Test," an immovable main event in which participants spend the night in a balloon mansion (an ice hut), will be held. *Pre-registration is required for the "Human Cold Resistance Test.

There will also be various attractions and stores that take advantage of the coldest weather in Japan in Rikubetsu-cho.
