Winter Break Workshop "Making Chocolate by Hand from Cacao Beans!

We will make chocolate by hand using high quality raw materials, fermented organic cacao beans.
You will be able to experience the taste of fermented food and make the best tasting chocolate!
What is the history of chocolate, which dates back over 5000 years? What are its characteristics as a food? In addition to knowledge such as these, you will also learn about fair trade, global poverty, the environment, and health issues.
This is also a great opportunity for free research during winter vacation!
[Fees] ¥3,000 (including materials and fees for materials)
*About 8 people maximum (target from about 4 years old to adults)
(Parents and children can participate together (only fees for children are acceptable). Adults are also welcome to participate alone.)
