The Showa Shinzan International Snowball Fight, a new winter sport born in Sobetsu Town, is being held! The number of participants continues to grow year by year, and the event is becoming more and more well-known, not only in Japan but also in Europe and Canada. This year, we are looking for 72 teams in the general division, 12 teams in the ladies' division, 12 teams in the beginners' division (no semi-final league or final tournament), 12 teams in the junior friendly match (upper elementary school students), and 6 teams in the legend division (over 45 years old). It's a serious sporting snowball fight that will blow away the winter cold.
