Held in 1999, it was Japan's first all-night outdoor rock festival. Various stages of different sizes appear in the vast venue for just two days. The second day will be an all-night event, with the final show taking place just after 4:00am, as the sun rises.

You can watch the live show in any style you like, whether that be lying down on a picnic sheet, having a barbecue, or even sitting on a roll of grass. This sort of Hokkaido-like scenery and atmosphere, as well as the food and drink menu at the stalls, are popular with artists, drawing fans from all over the country and increasing numbers of parents and children to participate. You can also stay overnight by pitching a tent near the stage.
