The popular "Strawberry Sweets Lunch & Dinner Buffet" event, which sold out last year, will be held on June 7th and 8th only.

The all-day dining restaurant "Haskap the Garden" on the first floor of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will be hosting a "Strawberry Sweets Lunch & Dinner Buffet" in collaboration with Chitose City's strawberry farms, "Hanacha" and "Ogawa Farm," for two days on June 7th and 8th, 2025.

This event was a huge success, with lunch reservations filling up in just one week and dinner reservations filling up within a month of opening last year. You can enjoy the charms of Hokkaido strawberries, which are in season again this year.

The buffet will feature a variety of gorgeous sweets, including "Charlotte Fraise," a traditional French dessert of strawberry mousse and bavarois wrapped in fluffy biscuit, "Strawberry Mille-feuille," a flaky pie fragrant with Hokkaido butter layered with custard and plenty of cream, and "Petit Fraiser," a combination of strawberries, mellow butter cream, and custard cream.
In addition, we also offer dishes that use strawberries, such as "Strawberry Quattro Formaggi," baked in a pizza oven in the open kitchen, and "Chicken Braise and Strawberry Pinchos," which combines slowly simmered chicken and strawberries. You can enjoy the new deliciousness of strawberries not only as a dessert but also as a meal.

Also available exclusively at the dinner buffet is the Chef's Special Roast Beef, which you can choose from a variety of sauces, including strawberry sauce, as well as a non-alcoholic strawberry sparkling welcome drink.

Pastry chef Takashi Naito said, "Hokkaido strawberries are characterized by their freshness and rich fragrance. When used in sweets and dishes, their deliciousness is further enhanced. We hope that customers who were unable to make reservations last year will also take this opportunity to try them."

In Hokkaido, the strawberry picking season starts in earnest from June. After enjoying the chef's special strawberry sweets and dishes at the hotel, why not go to "Hanacha" or "Ogawa Farm" and try picking Hokkaido strawberries, which have soft skin and are rarely available outside of Hokkaido?
