The main attraction is the branded oyster "Yoichi Oyster," created by the fishermen of Yoichi after seven years of research into aquaculture, and the white wine "Ostrea Terre de Yoichi" from Hirakawa Winery, which was created for the oyster. Please enjoy the perfect pairing only available on this day.
There will be a tour of the fishing port, a "sea experience" with a curator, a "hill experience" touring wineries and fields that are normally off-limits, and a wide selection of Yoichi delicacies such as Kitajima pork BBQ and wine salmon roe pickles. This year, you can enjoy the "sea experience" where you can hear about the history of Yoichi's fishing industry from a curator, and the "hill experience" where you can visit fields and wineries that are normally off-limits.
