Kirameki Town Festival is the biggest event in Honbetsu Town, held over two days on the first Saturday and Sunday of September every year. The East Tokachi Fireworks Festival, held on the first day, usually launches about 5,000 to 6,000 fireworks, vividly lighting up the Tokachi night sky in early autumn. The song show takes place on the second night, and in the past has welcomed many famous singers, including May J. and Junretsu.

There will be a wide variety of stage events, and the large venue will also feature many food stalls.
