・Residents of Hokkaido
(Those living outside of Chitose are also very welcome)

■Participation Refused
Married individuals, those looking for casual fun, flirtatious people, event-related personnel, those with business/solicitation purposes, those with overly explicit dating intentions, those not genuinely interested in enjoying the event, and those who do not follow the organizers' instructions.
