In 2025, there will be a record number of sweet potato booths! Around 20 stores will be set up, including nine popular sweet potato shops from Sapporo city and the surrounding area, five sweets booths, two food trucks, a greengrocer with products delivered directly from popular local farms, and an alcohol booth offering shochu and beer made from Hokkaido sweet potatoes. In addition to sweet potatoes baked using special methods such as pot-baked and stone oven-baked, there will be a wide variety of "sweet potato sweets," including limited edition sweets that can only be tasted here. It's a lineup that will have you coming back again and again.

This year, opening hours have been extended by one hour, allowing you to enjoy longer evenings of roasted sweet potatoes along with the Nakajima Park Autumn Leaves Illumination, which will be held during the same period. The alcohol booth is modeled after a Showa-era bar, and is a highlight of the event, offering alcohol such as the debut of sweet potato shochu, along with snacks such as rare canned goods and snacks, allowing you to get "tipped for autumn." The event will be held in Nakajima Park, known as a famous spot for viewing autumn leaves. Enjoy the autumn flavors and excitement that can only be experienced here, surrounded by rows of golden ginkgo trees.
