公園の周遊路を散策しながら楽しむほか、五稜郭タワー展望台から見おろすのがおすすめです。
Besides to enjoy while strolling along the park's circular path, the act of looking down from the Goryokaku Tower observation deck is recommended.

数々の歴史の舞台となった特別史跡五稜郭跡は、星形にめぐらされた堀が特徴的。
The Special Historic Site Goryokaku Ruins, which became as a stage for numerous histories, the moat surrounded in a star shape is characteristic.

その堀を冬の間イルミネーションでふちどり、幻想的に浮かび上がらせるのが「五稜星の夢（ほしのゆめ）」です。
Outlining that moat with illumination during winter, and fantastically making it emerge, is "Goryo Hoshi no Yume (Hoshino Yume)".
