Zen meditation from 9am, lecture from 10am
Ishikari Zen Dojo is a full-fledged Zen group that follows the tradition of Engakuji Temple in Kamakura.
We hold zazen sessions every Sunday from 9:00 am, but on Sunday, November 23rd, after the zazen session, there will be a lecture by Ryouan Roshi from 10:00 am. If you have an interest in Zen, please come.
