A "Send-off Party for Takeuchi Chika and Shinohara Ryusuke" will be held to support Takeuchi Chika in her final season as she aims to compete in the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Games, and Shinohara Ryusuke in his quest to compete in the same tournament. Takeuchi Chika is a leading figure in alpine snowboarding, having competed in numerous international competitions, and the 2026 Games will be her final challenge. Shinohara Ryusuke, a member of the Higashikawa Town Regional Revitalization Volunteer Team, is also aiming to compete in a winter tournament in alpine snowboarding. He moved to Higashikawa last year and continues to challenge himself to reach the top of the world.

To support both athletes, there will be a panel discussion, a pep talk by the Higashikawa Junior High School brass band, and a commemorative photo with all participants.
