In order to create and expand the Hokkaido-related population, the Hokkaido government is implementing initiatives to provide opportunities for people with an interest in Hokkaido to connect with the prefecture. To this end, we will be hosting a virtual space themed around Hokkaido's winter from December 1st to 20th. During this period, we will also be holding an exchange event featuring guests with ties to Hokkaido. We would like to announce the following details.

A booth will be set up to introduce the prefecture's initiatives, including hometown tax donations.

・Distribution of a cosplay hat (NFT) featuring Hokkaido tourism PR character "Kyun-chan"
・Installation of 2D Kumamon panels in collaboration with Kumamoto Prefecture
・Broadcasting regional promotional videos from each (general) development bureau
・Establishment of a social lounge where participants can freely interact with each other
