Citizens interested in culture and the arts will gather to discuss the ideal form of culture and the arts that are unique to Furano and its future prospects through free dialogue and the exchange of ideas. With "TALK" and "ART" as the keywords, this event will also serve as a forum for expanding connections that transcend generations and positions.
