As part of the "Citizens' Local Sake Brewing Project" jointly implemented by Hakodate City's Kameo Fureai no Sato and Hakodate Goryo no Kura, the sake rice "Ginpu" grown by local residents from planting to harvesting will be brewed as "Citizens' Local Sake 2025," and a tasting event will be held. In addition to all-you-can-drink sake, meals including rice from Kameo Fureai no Sato, hors d'oeuvres, and snacks will also be available.
