The Hokudai Festival is composed of 10 festivals (each festival) held respectively by students from each faculty and department, international students, and others. The Yuryosai, where first-year students and club organizations are the main participants setting up stalls, the various faculty and department festivals, which feature research presentations and projects that take advantage of the unique characteristics of each faculty and department, and the International Food Festival (IFF), where you can enjoy unique dishes from various countries made by international students, are all held simultaneously on the vast Sapporo Campus, which boasts a total area of 1.78 million square meters.

The theme of the 68th Hokudai Festival is "Seifu".
