We will be holding a lecture by Seiji Sakuraba (Honorary Director of Tsukigata Kabato Museum) and Kazu Sakuraba (Singer-songwriter/First Tourism Ambassador for Bifuka Town, Special Tourism Envoy for Ebetsu).
Through this lecture, participants will learn about the history of the region, including the development of Hokkaido by prisoners from the Kabato Penal Colony, and use this knowledge to promote regional development through social capital development and co-creation.
