The Kushiro Town Community Center will be holding a "Let's all make rice cakes! Rice Cake Making Competition." On the day, members of the Toya Neighborhood Association will cooperate and provide a rice cake making experience and rice cake dishes such as ozoni. You are welcome to not only participate in the rice cake making, but also to just roll the rice cakes and eat them.
