The Tokachi Little Film Festival is a community-based festival centered around film and music, promoting culture from the town of Tokachi. Enjoy a diverse program, including screenings of short films from Japan and abroad, talk events, and live performances. The festival will be held in various locations around the Obihiro and Tokachi areas. This community-based festival is recommended not only for film buffs, but also for those who want to casually experience culture.
