We will be holding a 'Premium Dinner Event' featuring specialists who have captivated gourmands from around the world. This event is not just a simple dinner party, but is structured as a 6-hour 'Premium Program' designed to sharpen the five senses, including a walk through the vineyards, barrel tasting at the winery, and a pre-lecture on food and wine.
■Day 1: June 26th (Fri) NAPA & SONOMA Pairing Night — Unraveling the Essence of Napa with the Five Senses —
A fusion of 5 rare wines carefully selected by Napa and Sonoma wine specialist Mr. Kazuyuki Okamoto, and the 'Innovative Fusion' cuisine by our winery's chef, Naoki Nagai. This is an intellectually immersive gastronomic experience where you will attend a pre-lecture titled 'Pairing Lab' to scientifically understand the components of taste before proceeding to dinner.
■Day 2: June 27th (Sat) 'Yuderon' Grand Prix Award Commemorative Special Dinner — The Ultimate Pasta as the Core of the Story —
We are inviting Chef Masayuki Okuda, who received the highest award of the past 30 years at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Chef Okuda's 'Magic of Subtraction' and Chef Nagai's 'Sharp Sensibility' will resonate, offering a special 9-course meal that reconstructs the seasonal flavors of Hokkaido and Shonai, Yamagata. Through a live broadcast conveying the tension of the kitchen and a tasting of the 'Golden Boiling Water,' you can experience the cooking theory that has astonished the world.
■Time Schedule (Common to both days: A 6-hour journey to trace the origins of gastronomy)
15:00: NIKI Forest Adventure (To the sky observatory by private cart, aperitif experience)
15:50: Vineyard Private Tour (Explanation of soil and philosophy by the cultivation manager)
16:50: Winery Tour & Barrel Tasting (To the depths of the winery guided by the brewing manager)
17:30: Pre-Lecture (Day 1: The Laws of Pairing / Day 2: The Depths of Yuderon)
18:00: Dinner (A special 9-course meal and a pairing of 7 wines according to each theme)

55,000 JPY / person (consumption tax and service charge included)
