Overview
One of Hakodate's major summer fireworks festivals. It is held with Hakodate Port as the stage, with the main venue stretching from Toyokawa Pier to the quay in front of the Seikan Ferry Memorial Ship Mashu-maru. Viewing is free. You can watch from places like the plaza in front of the Mashu-maru, and many people bring mats or blankets to sit on.
