Overview
In honor of July 31st, which is Dr. Clark's birthday and also the day Dr. Clark arrived in Sapporo in 1876, the Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill will hold 'Dr. Clark Week' from July 25th to July 31st. As the main event during this period, we will hold 'The 3rd Loud Voice Clark Contest'. The Loud Voice Clark Contest is a competition where participants shout 'Boys, be ambitious!' plus 'their own ambition' and compete on the loudness of their voice.
