Overview

We will observe the Sun through a special telescope. You can see sunspots on the surface and prominences, which are flames of gas rising from the Sun. Also, on this day, Jupiter and the Moon will be nearby. We will also point the telescope at stars that are hidden by the blue sky and cannot be seen during the day.
