This riverside park is a 10-minute walk from JR Shibecha Station. In addition to Tokiwa Park Golf Course, the park is widely enjoyed by adults and children alike as an event plaza and a waterfront park. The 36-hole, 1,972-meter park golf course is especially popular, attracting players from all over the Kushiro region. The undulations and scale of the riverbed are attractive.
