Ishikari River" Literature Monument
Overview
A literature monument was erected on the bank of the Ishikari River in 1964 to honor Rikuo Honjo, the author of the historical novel "Ishikari River" which describes the development of Tobetsu, as part of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tobetsu Town.
