SPOT
This observation park was established in 2007 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the sister city relationship with Leksand, Sweden.
It commands a panoramic view of the vast Ishikari Plain, and a large Dalarna Horse (a horse that brings happiness [a.k.a. Leksand]) donated by Leksand City has been installed in the park.
