Overview
The first generation, Yoshimatsu Izuka, trained in making fish cakes in Monbetsu for three years and established his own business, Izuka Foods, in Yubu-cho in 1934.
Dezuka Shokuhin also offers boxed lunches and prepared foods, which are very useful for overnight stays in the car and camping meals.
