Eco Museum Center Chishin-no-Eki
Eco Museum Center Chishin-no-Eki is the central facility of the "Museum without a Roof (Eco Museum)," which is responsible for collecting, disseminating, and exhibiting information on the rich nature, history, and industry of Kitahiroshima City.
In the permanent exhibition area, there are exhibits on the history of the earth, geological strata discovered in Kitahiroshima City, fossils and other natural history, local history materials introducing three predecessors related to Kitahiroshima City, and a model of a parent and child mammoth made in cooperation with many citizens.
In addition, a model of a father-and-child mammoth made with the help of many citizens is also on display.
