Shihoro Town Traditional Agriculture Preservation and Lore Museum
Exhibits valuable tools for understanding the history of agriculture in Shihoro.
Shihoro Town Birthplace Memorial Park is located in the Nakashihoro district, about 10 km south of downtown Shihoro. In the park, there is a museum where visitors can learn about the history of agriculture in Shihoro by looking at actual tools. The "Mino House," a farmhouse style unique to the Mino region of Gifu Prefecture that was restored to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the development of Shihoro, and a monument with the names of the settlers are also located in the park.
