The "Scenic Cafe Chūruri," where one can fully enjoy Southern Tokachi's rural landscape, is a cafe terrace established within the Chūruri Kyōei Ranch, which spreads on a slightly elevated hill.
"Scenic" means, in English, "good landscape," and the magnificent view overlooking from a height of 189 meters above sea level, and the sight of cows leisurely grazing grass, makes one forget daily life.
The operating period is from July to September's Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and local volunteer staff serve coffee at the gazebo (azumaya), and sometimes entertain visiting people with musical performances.
While enjoying fragrant, delicious coffee and the peaceful scenery, one can spend a relaxed time.
