Horokayantō
Overview
It is a coastal lake of 5km circumference existing in the Bansei district. In the surroundings, a primeval flower garden (colonies of rugosa roses・Ezo daylilies・Gankōran etc.) spreads, and from June to September, colorful flowers bloom in full glory. As for the winter period, the act of enjoying smelt fishing can be done, and it becomes lively with many anglers. Right nearby, "Bansei Onsen" also exists, and the act of warming up the chilled body after fishing can be done.
