The soba produced in Shintoku is milled in-house on a millstone, and freshly ground, freshly beaten, and freshly boiled soba is prepared with the utmost care and sincerity.
Soba ice cream and buckwheat ice cream blended with buckwheat flour are also popular.
Visitors can try their hand at soba noodle making, and a professional instructor will carefully guide you through the basics.
It takes about one hour. You can enjoy eating the soba you made on the spot.
