Palette Hills
Palette Hills is a relaxing place for everyone to enjoy.
The hill was named with the idea that it is a hill that produces nature in each season, just as various colors are produced on a palette. Making use of Takasu Town's rich natural environment, the townspeople and the local government are working together to promote tree planting and other development.
From the observation deck you can get a panoramic view of the Daisetsuzan mountain range, and in May the hills are decorated with cherry blossoms in full bloom. In addition to the "Sakura Festa" and "Night Cherry Blossom Illumination" held during the cherry blossom season, the area is also used for stargazing, photography classes, music events, and more, taking advantage of the natural environment.
