KURARA is a sake brewery built in 1924 with Sapporo soft stone, which was converted into a community hall in 2000 as a place for exchange and information in the shopping district. It has a multipurpose hall that can be used as a venue for various events such as parties, meetings, and concerts, and a coffee shop corner that serves as a place for town residents to relax. The community hall is not limited to residents of the town, but is also equipped with a special products corner, so people from outside the town can easily visit.
