The works of sculptor Nakai Nobuya, a native of Aibetsu Town, are exhibited in the Kitamachi Rural Park.
As part of the 120th anniversary project of the pioneering of Aibetsu Town, 12 of his works that were scattered throughout the town were gathered and arranged in this park.
