Works of the sculptor from Aibetsu Town, Mr. Nobuya Nakai (Nakai Nobuya), are exhibited within Machikitamachi Rural Park.
As a part of the Aibetsu Town 120th Anniversary of Settlement Commemoration Project, 12 works that were scattered within the town were gathered to the said park, and maintained.
