SPOT
Located in a green area with a view of the Tokachi mountain range, this roadside station is close to the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. There is also a Be my BIEI guide desk (tourist information) and a souvenir shop, where you can find Blue Pond goods and other products. You can also enjoy tourist information on a large 80-inch monitor and beautiful VR videos.
There is also a park golf course and a camper van site on the Birke Forest grounds. Bicycle rentals are available in the summer, allowing you to take a leisurely bike ride around the Shirokane area, including the Blue Pond.
