The DADATE MUSEUM OF HISTORY AND CULTURE opened on Wednesday, April 3, 1991, as a museum integrating the exhibition and utilization of cultural properties and art works with the promotion of culture and art.
The building consists of two buildings, the "Main Building" and the "Hands-on Learning Center (former Reimeikan).
