This park is located at the foot of Suimei Bridge, which was built before the Notsuka Tunnel along the Tenma Highway (Route 236) connecting Hidaka and Tokachi. The park is equipped with a parking lot, restrooms, and a rest area, so visitors can take a break during their drive.
The Hidaka Mountains are right in front of the park, providing a wonderful view of nature and allowing visitors to enjoy the fresh greenery in summer and the autumn leaves in fall.
The park draws extremely pure, ultra-soft groundwater from the Hidaka Mountains, which gushes out in the Nozuka Tunnel and can be freely enjoyed, making it a popular tourist spot during the summer months.
