JRA Observation Deck
Overview
You can see the JRA Hidaka Breeding General Facility, a world-class light horse training facility. On a clear day, the magnificent Hidaka Mountains can be seen from the observatory, making it one of the best viewing spots in the town.
The observatory can be used freely during the opening period, and inside the observatory are exhibits of materials related to racehorse breeding and training.
