SPOT
The base facility of the Mt. Apoi Geopark located in the Apoi Sanroku Family Park. The center provides easy-to-understand explanations of the land, nature, and culture of Samani Town through panels, dioramas, and videos. Since it is also located at the entrance to the Mount Apoi trailhead, it also functions as an information center for climbing Mount Apoi. Admission is free, and the museum offers workshops and Mt. Apoi goods for a fee.

From the former JR Hidaka Line Samani Station, take the J.R. Hokkaido Bus to the Apoi trailhead, get off at the Apoi Sanso stop, and walk 10 minutes or 1 minute.

From Sapporo, take the Donan Bus Highway "Pegasus", get off at "Urakawa Terminal", go to Higashimachi (in front of Nisshoku), transfer to J.R. Hokkaido Bus bound for "Sanani", get off at "Sanani", transfer to bus bound for "Erimo", get off at "Apoi trailhead", 10 minutes on foot or 1 minute on foot from "Apoi Sanso".
By Car
From Sapporo, drive National Highway No. 36 or the Hidaka Expressway, then take National Highways No. 235, 236, or 336, and turn left on the national highway at Aza Hirau, Samani Town (signboard is available). 10 minutes drive from Sani Town Hall.
